“We’re all in the business,” he says, “of trying to create worlds that people want to read about.”
Elmore Leonard (probably my favorite “working” author) said that every writer needs to write these words down on a Post It night and underline them. Great words of advice for all writers. If we’re not in the business of creating worlds that people want to visit, why are we doing this?
Poignant words to consider.
On a side note, due to computer issues, I wasn’t able to put up a post on Friday or Monday, but I will be back to your regular blogging tomorrow.
